From here, you will be able to find leaflets and general self help advice on these common problems that we come across. We will add more leaflets as and when we can, or if they is high demand for a specific leaflet we will add it.

Smoking Cessation
Do you want to give up smoking but not sure where to start? A good place to start would be to have a look in the links section of this web site. Or, make an appointment with one of our GP's who will refer you to a smoking advice clinic. Or, you could just pop along to one of the many stop smoking services the area has to offer.
