Patient Satisfaction Survey

A review of our survey
results revealed few problems as the results were extremely satisfactory once
again with the practice scoring significantly above the national average.
Looking through patient comments prompted the following actions:-
Appointment system
Encourage patients to pick up a leaflet which better explains how we continue to
adapt our appointments to patient needs.
Car Parking
There is nothing that we can do to improve the situation here except to remind
everyone that there is a large pay and display council car park 250 metres away.
Confidentiality Issues
Please do ask at reception if you have any confidential issue you wish to
discuss more provately.
Waiting Rooms
It was noted that we are in need of some more male oriented magazines.
Telephone System
There is little we can do with the current telephone system and we are
constrained by the number of staff available. It is a priority for us to ensure
that the system at our new premises has the flexibility to enable more phones to
be switched to reception at peak demand times. We are looking into a couple of
suggestions which may help the current situation.
