Fitness in the Bay and Healthy Lifestyles

As can be seen on our patient waiting room displays there are several additional features to the Fitness in the Bay scheme – Free cycling, Step-o-meter loan scheme, Discount water exercise sessions and discounted gym sessions.

Healthy Lifestyles is a  new service where GPs can refer patients for relevant advice and guidance in helping prevent some of the more common problems like diabetes, obesity etc…
