National Patient Medical Record Proposal

If anyone is concerned about recent proposals by Department of Health to put patient medical records onto an NHS central Database you should write of your concerns to Secretary of State, Department of Health, 79 Whitehall, Richmond House, London, SW1A 2NS. Here at the surgery we will continue to express in what ever way we can any concerns we may have with regard to security and safety of all our patient records and information of course .
