Zero Tolerance Policy
We operate under the NHS "Zero Tolerance" policy and there can be no excuse for violence or abuse of any kind towards anyone in the practice. We expect courtesy to the staff at all times - remember they are working under doctors orders - there is no place for aggressive or rude attitudes in our surgery.
