Please remember to cancel an appointment if it is no longer required - we have included a form in the patient toolbox for you to do this.........................................If your prescription is collected by a nominated pharmacy, please allow extra time for this when you request your medications.....................................Did you know, if a doctor is returning your call - you are having a telephone appointment......................................

Missed Appointments

In the month of August 2010, we had 143 non attended appointments. Patients who do not turn up are jeopardising important appointment availability for needy patients. If you cannot make your appointment for whatever reason, please do let us know so that we can offer that appointment to somebody else in need.

Clennon Valley Healthy Living Centre

Due to a change in Torbay Care Trust policies, the Clennon Project can no longer go ahead as envisaged. We are hopeful that it will proceed with just the two surgeries and a Pharmacy.
