Missed Appointments

In the month of April  2012, we had 118 non attended doctors appointments and 73 non attended nurses appointments. Patients who do not turn up are jeopardising important appointment
 

Patient Participation Group

We have encouraged our patients to give their views about the Practice and how we can improve. We have asked patients if they would be willing to join in our patient group survey process and be contacted by us periodically for feedback on our services?

Results from our first survey carried out by our Patient Participation Group has highlighted clinical care. A second survey was presented to our patients seeing GP/Nurse asking them to give their views on various questions regarding the care they had received that day. We are pleased with the out come of the survey. It shows that clincial care within our practice is very good. To view our findings see attached report by clicking here

Premises Update

Unfortunately the Clennon Valley project is no longer viable, therefore we are back in the situation of looking for an alternative site to develop.
